Modern hotel and fairly clean, sensational breakfasts, amazing location right opposite the sandy beach with clear water. Variety of food available in the dining room. Modern design, newly remodelled and neat rooms and really good staff. Location right by the restaurant and a lovely breakfast, the picturesque harbour in Rosehearty, on the coast of the Moray Firth, and the centre of town.

Staying here with my family was a treat! We had such an enjoyable time at the cozy pub area where the locals mingled. The fine sea view from our room and a fantastic Scottish breakfast made everything worthwhile. The staff were warm and cute.
My kids wished there were more activities for teens.

Great food & cozy vibes!
I stayed for 2 nights and loved it! The restaurant had the best meal I've had in ages, and the staff were super friendly. Loved chilling in the beer garden too. The only bummer? The instant cappuccino was a letdown. Still, can't beat the peaceful vibe and comfy room!

A small but well presented hotel. Food was really good, breakfast had plenty of choice n evening meals were nice too, liked the small plates for my small appetite. Staff were super attentive n friendly. Loved how cozy the room was, perfect for me n my partner.
The bed was a lil firm for my liking but that's just me. The tv was kinda weirdly positioned, made it hard to watch comfortably.
